Torrential rains, flooded creeks, 115 fire calls (mostly residential flooding), multiple water rescues, vehicle accidents, a compromised structural foundation, and a gas leak or two made for a busy last few days as we endured the worst flood in almost 40 years.
The floods have lifted up, O LORD, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves. The LORD on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea.
