Introducing the Truax Grill

Greetings,

Here is a photo I took for my brothers on the first day of selling their specialty burgers from their mobile grill. All natural, grass fed beef, done over a natural charcoal fire, with naturally grown vegetables, hand made, artisan pickles, and a secret blend of spices make these burgers truly one of a kind. Indeed, a chef who stopped by their stand declared them to be the best burgers he had eaten in a long time.

And, if you were wondering, the name, Truax, is an ancestral name of French origin.

And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth. And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the air, upon all that moveth upon the earth, and upon all the fishes of the sea; into your hand are they delivered. Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.
(Gen 9:1-3)

That does look absolutely incredible, especially for someone who knows the value of all natural, grass-fed beef!

Forgive my ignorance, but how does one pronounce “Truax”?

Oh wow! As soon as you said (wrote) grass-fed I got excited! haha
We need more healthy, wholesome restaurants…glad to know if we are in the area we have a good place to stop for a bite to eat!

How wonderful, is this a new family venture!?

    Might I say this a very tasty-looking photo! :)

Thanks for the comments about our burgers, glad someone appreciates our all natural grass-fed beef burgers. You pronounce our name “true-axe”.
    Hope it helps!

Hey Jason, they are. :) I am afraid you will have to just hope they are selling them at an event the next time you are in the area.
